LUJZA is an emerging artist from the east coast of Australia. Fusing old school soul with fresh beats, Lujza is focused on telling her story her way. Her debut album ‘Caught Up’ takes you on a journey of falling head over heels in love to the depths of heartbreak. Lujza is here to go deep and very personal.
Influenced by old school greats such as Etta James, Aretha Franklin and Otis Redding and contemporary artists such as Joss Stone, Alicia Keys, Lauryn Hill and Amy Winehouse. Her sound has been compared to soul greats like Jill Scott and Beverley Knight.
Lujza has recently performed with Daniel Aranda at Foundry616, Sydney & Newcastle Fringe Festivals and is currently working on her sophomore studio album.
