All Star Indie Saturday Night with Doldrums + The Broken Hearts Brigade at The Link and Pin, Woy Woy

Hailing from the Northern suburbs of Wollongong, on Dharawal country, Doldrums are long time friends, neighbours and musical compadres Michi Hirzel (Sealife Park Life, Spiderling) and Matt Steffen (Decoder Ring, Toby Martin, Jodi Phillis, Jim Mogine’s Electric Guitar Orchestra).

Doldrums blend guitars, drum machines and drones with occasional synths and hazy vocals to create dreamy, meandering songs. Debut LP Doldrums will be released November 2025. https://doldrumsmusic.bandcamp.com/

Special guests The Broken Hearts Brigade (Sydney) featuring Sydney based musician and visual artists Geoff Towner, who has played in and done artwork for a variety of bands including The Dead Tree, Sal Paradise, El Mopa, A Gold Star Secret, Decoder Ring, Darren Hanlon and others. Broken Hearts Brigade are Geoff Towner, Bon King (The Cannanes) and Tom Anderson.
