In the words of Brian Henderson Ward\, in his ASA review\, “Dream Machine” is “an incredible mix of melodies featuring so many key\, time and mood changes. It is more complex than Bohemian Rhapsody and feels like a huge theatre production. An outstanding vocal performance along with fabulous harmonies. The musicianship was genius.” \n“Dream Machine” is part of Ash Morse’s forthcoming 2025 album\, “Nowhere Land”\, his biggest\, and most ambitious project yet. \nAbout Ash Morse \nAsh is an accomplished songwriter and musician with a career spanning 25 years. SUMMARY:God Of Carnage
DESCRIPTION:“At 5:30 P.M. on the third of November\, in Telopea Park\, following a verbal altercation\, Benjamin Raleigh\, eleven\, armed with a stick\, struck Henry Novak in the face. This action resulted in\, apart from a swelling of the upper lip\, the breaking of two incisors\, including injury to the nerve in the right incisor.” \nWhen two couples meet to discuss the playground incident between their sons\, the evening begins quite amicably. \nWhat starts as a civilised discussion with espresso\, clafoutis and small talk\, quickly descends into a gloves off mess of name calling\, tantrums\, and projectile vomiting. Once you remove the veneer of respectability\, you reveal the savage mess beneath. \nBoys will be boys\, but can the grown-ups be grown up enough to resolve their differences without losing sight of right and wrong? \nThis fast-paced play is superb.” Canberra Critics Circle\, Len Power \n“Best’s direction never falters.” Canberra Critics Circle\, Peter Wilkins \n“Highly engaging.” City News\, Jo Woodward \nEcho Theatre have reimagined this classic play in a vibrant new production. \nDuration: 90 minutes no interval\nAges – 15+\nWarning – Coarse language\, adult themes
