At age 19 he launched Mushroom Records and went on to sign and nurture iconic artists including Skyhooks\, Split Enz\, Jimmy Barnes\, Paul Kelly\, Hunters & Collectors\, Kylie Minogue\, Archie Roach and Yothu Yindi.
