This free event\, presented in partnership with Central Coast Council Youth Services and Central Coast Music & Arts\, is designed to foster meaningful conversations\, strengthen community networks\, and provide tangible strategies for career growth. Whether you’re an artist\, sound engineer\, manager\, or industry professional\, this is a space to connect\, learn\, and be empowered.\nThe evening will feature an engaging panel discussion with trailblazing industry professionals who will share insights into the progress\, challenges\, and barriers faced by womxn in music. We’ll explore vital topics such as visibility and representation\, work-life balance\, and advocating for industry-wide change. Following this\, a hands-on workshop will invite attendees to collaborate on real solutions\, from creating safer spaces to increasing mentorship opportunities and reshaping industry norms.\nBeyond discussions\, this event is about building a strong and supportive community. Expect valuable networking opportunities\, time for panel questions\, and a celebration of the achievements of womxn in music.
