Space Rock Inc in partnership with Central Coast Music and Arts are hosting a monthly get together at the Funhaus Factory and everyone is invited! Come and see your favourite local bands as they host this collaborative experience\, enjoy guest sessions with industry professionals\, get amongst it in the open jams\, catch up with friends and make some new ones too. \nMega Jam also includes a vibrant crafternoon space! Settle into the comfy couches and get creative. Bring along your own project or dive into a rotating range of all-ages craft activities like colouring\, art\, cotton crafts\, or rock painting. No experience needed—just a love of making stuff. \nMega Jam takes place on the second Sunday of every month. Doors open at 12pm and the event starts at 2pm\, finishing at 5pm. The host bands will provide some instruments but feel free to bring yours along too. Mega Jam is a free event\, you just need to register via the website link below for each Mega Jam session. Hailing from both the coast and the country\, the members of G.A.G. found each other under complete happenstance and have since combined each of their tastes to produce their own taste of self deprecating\, head in your hands\, mosh like there won’t be a second chance brand of music. After a few years of activity in the Newcastle music scene\, as well as some interstate performances\, G.A.G. have teamed up with some of their favourite bands for this convoy across the coast\, for what should shape up to be an incredible first tour. \nForever finding their sound\, jan. is an energetic 5-piece project creating material from the influences of alternative-emo\, shoegaze\, and post-hardcore. Through their combination of sweet melodies mixed with rough soundscapes\, jan. aims to create beautiful messes beyond genre or expectations. \nTallulah are Leroy\, Miko\, Callum and Gabe\, four best friends making emotional pop- punk in Eora. This quartet of millennium-born punk enthusiasts have managed to use their inability to play guitar beyond power chords to craft powerful\, cathartic songs about bad decisions\, existential dread\, and everything in between. With five new singles dropping this year\, they’re leaning into a heavier sonic direction—bigger\nriffs\, deeper emotions\, and more reasons to yell along. Fast and full of feeling\, their music is made for moving\, yelling\, and maybe texting your ex (not that they recommend it).

Expect a vibrant mix of ceramics\, painting\, photography\, multimedia\, and sculpture—each piece offering a unique\, locally-rooted LGBTIQ perspective with a signature Coastal Twist. \nThe exhibition will take place in the newly launched FunHaus Factory’s Basement Gallery\, a dedicated space designed to amplify bold\, diverse voices and deepen creative engagement in the heart of Gosford. \nThe exhibition also proudly includes works by young creatives aged 12–17\, as well as an all-ages category\, continuing our commitment to intergenerational artistic expression. \n“Strength in Unity” explores themes of identity\, resilience\, transformation\, and community.\nSome artists challenge the status quo through political statements. Others reflect on personal struggles and journeys to empowerment. Still others share intimate moments of change and self-discovery. Together\, these works form a rich\, honest tapestry of coastie lives and queer creativity. \nThis year\, we’re honoured to welcome celebrated artist Sandro Nocentini as guest curator.
